Yes do you support reducing defense spending?
No do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes do you support reducing Medicaid spending?
Yes do you support reducing Medicare spending?
Yes Is balancing the budget a legislative priority?
In regards to the reductions of defense, Medicaid & Medicare it would be by eliminating waste, fraud and duplication within all the departments connected with each of them.
No Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Yes Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?

No Do you support spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation?
No Do you support the temporary extension of unemployment benefits?
Yes Do you support the 2010 temporary extension of tax relief?
Instead of "temporary extension of tax relief" congress needs to make it permanent by passing the FairTax Legislation HR25/S13.
No Do you support requiring states to implement education reforms in order to be eligible for competitive federal grants?
The Department of Education at the Federal level needs to be eliminated & the control needs to go back to the local level where it belongs.
Yes Do you support reducing restrictions on offshore energy production?
No Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
The EPA needs to be ablolished/elminated.

Our 2nd Amendment rights are vital regardless of gun of choice. If the government can own the gun than so can the citizen.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
No Should individuals be required to purchase health insurance, as mandated in the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
Healthcare needs to be taken out of the hands of government & employers and put into the hands of individuals much like life insurance. Health insurance should not depend on where a person works, how many hours are worked, what state or city or county a person lives in. The solution is to find out WHY are medical costs so high and attack that end. Starting with tort reform and liabilty insurance.

Yes Do you support allowing illegal immigrants, who were brought to the United States as minors, to pursue citizenship without returning to their country of origin?
Yes Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration law by state and local police?
Requiring their return needs to be on a case by case basis. MINORS: If they are a minor brought here illegally the parent needs to be deported indefinately and the minor can seek citzenship if there is no record of gangs, drugs, etc. and with the restriction that they cannot bring any other family members with them.
No Do you support same-sex marriage?
The definition of marrige is one man & one woman united in holy matrimony.
Yes Do you support targeting suspected terrorists outside of official theaters of conflict?
Yes Should the U.S use military force in order to prevent Iran from possessing a nuclear weapon?
Use of force should be the LAST thing the US has to use. The first step would be peace through strength.
Yes Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
The Social Security system is a ponzie scheme. It creates government dependency instead of individual responsibility. The age should also be raised to 75 and every 5 yrs re-evaluated.

The FairTax Bill Hr25 / S13 currently in Congress eliminates (a), (b), (f), (g), (h), (i) & (j) and will immediately turn our country around economically. More pressure on congress needs to be applied and more education to American citizens needs to happen. Most in congress realize the passage of this bill would mean a transfer of power out of their hands & into the hands of we the people.
My top priority is the passage of the FairTax Legislation. The rest of my priorities are related to shrinking the size of government and restoring our Constitution and state's rights.
